what to expect

  1. Start with a free 30-minute chat. This is an opportunity for me to get to learn more about your goals and challenges and for both of us to see if we’d be a good fit to train together.

    If you feel good about our conversation and are ready to proceed I’ll
    collect some basic information from you so that I can put together a personalized nutrition guide to help you meet your goals. You’ll get this guide at our first meeting.

  2. We’ll schedule our first in-person session where I’ll dive deeper into your goals and how I can better serve you, perform some movement assessments, and put you through a short workout so you can see what training with me is like. You’ll also get more details about your workout plan. Your first in-person session costs only $25. This is a low-risk trial session where you get to see if you like training with me without having to purchase an expensive training package like you would have to at a gym.

  3. I’ll create a custom workout plan to get you to your goals and we’ll start implementing it. Depending on your current level of fitness and goals, we’ll work together 1-3 times a week in person. You may have some additional workouts or homework to complete on your own during the week. It all depends on what your goals are and how fast you want to reach them.

  4. All you need to do is show up. I’ll be in touch with you every week to help you stay accountable. Our plan will be designed with your schedule in mind, which makes this step easy. You’ll have everything ready for you each day when you show up for your workout.

  5. You start building a body aligned with your dreams and moving towards optimal health & longevity.

  6. Bonus: Everybody on a training package with me gets discounted rates on in-home massage therapy sessions. I want to make sure I can support you in every way possible.

Training will take place at the Kapiolani Park fitness area. I guarantee that I can give you as good or better of a workout (with less chance of injury) using only your bodyweight and basic calisthenics equipment as a trainer who works out of the gym. The bonus for you? I can provide personal training at half the cost of a gym-based trainer because the gym isn’t taking half of our money.
